The NSTAR Walk is a big fundraiser for Boston Children's Hospital. This was our first year to participate and we had so much fun! We were proud to be part of the Pediatric Transplant Center's team.
It was a beautiful day and the weather couldn't have been any better. There were lots of tents set up with food, drinks, and free things like bubbles, cups, sunscreen, etc. They estimated around 5,000 people in attendance...friends and families of patients, employees, and people in the community, all there to support such a wonderful hospital.
The walk was along the Charles River, with a 2 mile or 7 mile course. Chance and I opted for the 2 mile route!
We had a fun day all while supporting a great cause!
